Hi everyone! Sorry I have been MIA for so long. Honestly I just needed a break. I have put aside my blog and twitter and just read. It was so nice to just enjoy this time.
Here I am though and I have a lot to catch up on. Hope some of these make it on your lists!!

I received a copy of this from Edelweiss and TorTeen. Wow! I enjoyed this book just as much as the first. I love the crew and how well they are all gelling. I am shocked by the Queen and by the prince In how different they are. The Stormlord has become very unstable and I look forward to seeing how they all come together to defeat him. An excellent story I look forward to continuing. My only complaint was that there were no breaks in the story that let you know when you were changing scenes and therefore the change was so abrupt sometimes it was confusing that it just all blended together.
But I am sure that this will be fixed before the final edit
Very interesting and highly imaginative story. I really enjoyed Callahan. I feel that Everley did him wrong at the end. It seemed he constantly fought for her trust. It’s hard to determine who is good and bad in this book.I do hope Everley and Callahan stay together.
I received this book from Netgalley and Skyscape in exchange for my honest review. I thought this was a solid book 2. I really hope Everley and Callahan can make it work in this next book. The magical aspects are pretty cool and I love how everyone is coming together. I am hoping to see Markham defeated
I really enjoyed this one. Although not as good as Illuminae, it was a great story with cool characters. My only complaint was that with so many different speakers sometimes I got confused with who was talking. I hope more things are discovered and solved in the next book.
I received a copy of this from the publisher. I really enjoyed the premise of the story. I loved the dynamic between the four best friends. Emma was so hateful throughout the book and even though it is explained why, it just felt so unnecessary most of the time. There were also a lot of errors(words duplicated and extra words) that really bothered me that caused me to drop my rating.
This was so unexpected and awesome!! I didn’t know what to expect, but I enjoyed this so much! Rhen, Harper and Grey were so much fun. I was so glad for Harper to go back and I am so proud of the ending. Can’t wait for the next one
I received this from MacMillian and Edelweiss in exchange for my honest review. This book was amazing. I really enjoyed following Grey and Lia Mara. They went through many trials and watching them grow was nice. What a major cliffhanger and I can’t wait to read the next one. There is a lot of character development from multiple characters that is nice. I can wait to see what plays out with Grey, Rhen and Harper next
Elle’s books are my weakness! I just can’t put one down when I start it. I have adored all of these books and the romances in them. Brenna and Jake’s story was no different. Please read all of Elle’s books😍
I received this from Netgalley and Random House Children’s in exchange for my honest review.
Maia was the only daughter of a tailor who had dreams of becoming the imperial tailor. She could not because she was a girl, but through twist and turns she ended up in a competition to become the imperial tailor. She finds love, heartbreak and much more on her journey. It ends leaving you wishing you already had the next book
Being completely honest, I struggled with finishing this one. It wasn’t because it wasn’t good, it was. I just never picked it up. I was sad for certain parts and glad for certain parts and I loved what the king did for Tilla. A good series overall.
I received a copy of this from the author in exchange for my honest review. It was a short, cute story. I would have loved to see a few more dates. We only got to see 2 of 30 lol. The main male character was super rude in the beginning but ended up being a nice guy. She had amazing friends and I would love to hear more about them
I absolutely adored this book! It doesn’t matter what Rachel writes I am there for it. I loved all the characters in this story and how it played out was unexpected. You fall in love with every single one. Grant and Emerson are amazing
Not quite as good as the first but amazing. It was hard hitting with some of the emotions at the end. It gives all of our favorites a wonderful ending. I hate to leave this world!
I received a copy of this from Galbadia Press in exchange for my honest review.
This was a cute, fast read. It explores the relationships between mothers and daughters and also refinding yourself. My only complaint was that the character of Lisa said “aww” to much. Other than that it was a very enjoyable read
Triggers: bullying, slut shaming
If those bother you, this is not the book for you.
I felt so torn reading this book, it was like a train wreck you can’t make your self not watch. Molly had a relationship with 2 brothers that did not end well. Due to the backlash and subsequent bullying, she attended a different school for her senior year, only to come back as soon as it was over and do a complete repeat. She didn’t learn any lesson and betrays even her friends. I understood her some and truly was invested to see who she chose.
I liked the way this book ended. It was nice to see everyone grow up a little bit and not make the same mistakes. I was also nice to see them realize you should be true to yourself. A nice ending
Whew!!! Finally!
How you enjoy!
